A real challenge shooting these eagles. The movements were very fast and gotto stable myself on the rocking boat. Langkawi has many types of eagle species such as the white-bellied fish eagle(shown in my capture), brahminy kite(the big replica at Dataran Lang) and the gigantic sea eagles. You can burst yr xxfps + AI Servo during Mangrove and Limestone Cruise at Kilim Geoforest Park, Tanjung Rhu and Island Hoping. Enjoy ...

As usual, b4 shooting wedding, i'll take an opportunity to look around KB. I arrived 1 day earlier, so i can eat everything in Pasar Siti Khadijah. Laksa, sup, big prawn, telur ikan.. yummy.. cari CPT pak cik yg datang last year dah tak ada. dengar kata dia tak sihat. After makan, pegi ke kawasan jualan ikan & sayur for some candid shot. gambar 1st taken masa on the way ke KB. Shoot around 7.50PM at Ketereh(simpang tiga ke Bachok).

One thing that i like about Dewan Merak Kayangan is the lighting. Just nice to my system. On stage, i can shoot without need to switch-on the speedlight(if i want). Still use little bit to enhance the color & shadow.

Back to my hometown mmg byk burung merpati. gagak pun byk tapi tak ler best sangat kalau shoot brung gagak.So, i just need to wait for the right moment to shoot. Bila nengok burung ni teringat one of the comedy ive seen when i was small, sementara tunggu masa utk ke sekolah petang ada satu movie named "The Party". Peter Stellers really entertaining.

Sejenak di Kuala Kedah

Bulan March tak lekat kat Klang Valley lansung.. probably until middle of April. Wedding coverage jauh jauh usually took 3-4 days termasuk hari perjalanan. Exhausted? eemm bleh tahan. Tapi enjoy.. bila sampai kat tempat orang, i have an opportunity to look for something 'rare'(at least rare for me)... mix around with local people... just blasah. Bila kita pergi ke tempat orang, muka kita pun tak sepesen dgn diaorang, bawa set kamera pulak tu, people are really sceptical.. "ni sapa plak ni", "dia nak buat per shoot gambar kiter" etc etc yg bermain dgn fikiran diaorang. disini people skill very important... much2 more important than yr technical skills.
Some tips from me.. biasanya masa sampai saya tak terus shoot. lari semua orang yg ada kalau terus shoot. take some time to know people.. be sincere. sembang ngan orang tua.. tanya dia buat per.. sembang ngan bebudak, makcik2 yg ada. they also want to know about us and we also want to know about them esp their place and what they are doin. They may give some tips and u can go extra mile cam masuk ke rumah dia and u may looks how they live. Budak2 amat penting coz they always 'explore'. bebudak yg akan bawa kita ke tempat yg kita carik. They will answer yr question without any prejudice. So u got all the information. They also nice subject too..
Gambar yg bahagian atas ialah gambar sebuah bangsal.. may be tempat asal mengopek kepah/kerang. bangsal tu agak usang.. habis semua bumbung dan lantai. banyak yang dah terkopek dan sampah merata... byk paku kat dinding2 akibat dari kayu yang tertanggal kerana reput.. tunggu masa jer nak runtuh. bumbung zink anytime bleh jatuh. by the way, itulah tempat kanak2 disekitar jetty tu bermain main.. isekumpulan bebudak pada gambar yg kedua sedang makan nasik bungkus. Gambaf seterusnya ialah nelayan sedang repair sampai yg bocor. Dia duna tali jer utk ketuk masuk kat celah2 kayu.
Sterusnya gambar rumah, Actually tu ialah kedai makan. Jual nasik campur. lauk ada 3 jenis jer dlm periuk. sembang ngan mamat yg ada.. seronok diaorang bila kita ambik gambar. Then joint customer makan kat bawah pondok.
